LIABILITY
Summerhill shall not be liable to the guests/tenants for any injury, loss or damage of any description which the guest/tenant’s family, relatives or visitors may sustain directly or indirectly in or about the leased premises. The guest/tenant hereby accepts responsibility for, and indemnifies Summerhill Self Catering or any of their employees, servants or agents against any claim by any such person for any injury, loss or damage sustained.
While Summerhill undertakes to lease the above mentioned property in a clean, habitable, comfortable and presentable condition, Summerhill will not be held responsible should these premises not fit the impression that the guest/tenant had of the property.

VISITORS
Only checked-in guests/tenants are allowed to use Summerhill’s facilities. Guests/tenants are to advise Summerhill management or the on duty person directly of any visitors.

PAYMENTS
50% (fifty percent) of the total amount due is payable directly upon reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed as a booking once proof of payment of the above mentioned 50% has been received by Summerhill per email in the form of a bank proof of payment document. The balance of the payment is due by or on the date of arrival of the guest/tenant. No keys for any accommodation will be handed over to any guest/tenant until this balance of payment has been received by Summerhill.
Bookings for the period 15 December to 15 January each year – All bookings during this period must be paid for in full within 30 days of check-in. Failure will result in your booking being cancelled.

01-07 days prior to check-in date – 0% of the deposit refundable
